Mother has been here for about 2.5 weeks. All seems to be going well. The staff has been great. Admissions office had done a great job of guiding us through the process for admitting and follow-up. That has been critical since as a client, you are often clueless as to what needs to be done. Ms. Mitchell has been extremely helpful.

I actually lived at the Terra Bella for 10 months. I'm not elderly but was put on life support 10 months ago and was given 48 hours to live. I woke up within 31 hours. By the grace of God I made it alive but I had to learn how to rewalk, retalk, breathe on my own, tolerate solid foods, what's incomplete bed rest, diapers on, feeding tube is well. My 95-year-old grandmother was there a short time one minute she smiling waving and asking everybody ok the next she coded. Being confined to the bed took away her strength. Not having a TV or radio for almost two 2 weeks is confinement, not isolation. Beautiful place most of the staff nice and friendly God seen it all, and it is well with thy soul.😞
