I've been calling since December 16th 2025 to schedule an IEP evaluation for my level 3 ASD preschooler who wants to enroll in preschool but can't without an IEP that TBUSD is responsible for creating. I have documented emails since January 6th 2026. CVRC has said they've reached out before my 1st call in December. I'm continuously told that someone will call me back, but there is never any follow-through. I have even reached out to the Superintendent, whose voicemail is full.
