Bought a dress from them and was asked to send a picture my credit card and ID, after the purchase was successfully made. This is reckless. Identity theft, hello. I didn’t send that information. They didn’t send the dress and I haven’t received a refund. This website is a scam.

I ordered several dresses for my son wedding, received the dresses which were lovely but were too formal for his beach wedding. I returned them but was surprised by the refund amount, that was lower than I thought it should be. I looked on the website to review the return policy which was very confusing. In one area it states, "full refund", in another area it states, "shipping costs will be deducted" and finally, in another area it states, "if you print one of our FedEX labels, it's an additional $15 charge". I order my dress for my daughters wedding from Terri Jon and am completely satisfied. The dress was exactly what I was looking for ...understated elegance...beautiful color...perfect length. The fit is true to size. The delivery was very timely. When looking for a special occasion dress I would definitely shop Terri Jon.

I ordered a dress for an important event in my life from Teri Jon. I never received the dress! I e-mailed them two times wondering where my order is. They finally replied that they don't have the dress to sell, so I was out of luck. This was my first experience with Teri Jon and I will never order from them again. It was awful that I had to track them down to find out they weren't fulfilling my order. Why wouldn't the company contact me to let me know?! Awful experience.
