My situation required an attorney good at both contested probate and at trial in the courtroom. As I spoke to potential attorneys, I found that most of them who were good at both belonged to very large, very expensive firms and my case wasn't really worth their time, or their billing would way exceed the likely amount of a judgment in my favor.
