I have literally closed dozens of deals with this lender over a five-year period. At no time have I ever had even an inkling that anything she did or sad was anything but honest, transparent, and in my best interest. She works extremely hard for my clients and off the top of my head I cant remember having a deal that fell through even once were she missed something. Teri is one of the worst lenders I could ever imagine working with. To start, she pulled my credit without telling me she was going to (highly illegal). She made it sound like she was going to give me information regarding if I could get preapproved without doing a hard inquiry but soon after I emailed her with my information I was notified I had a hard inquiry on my report, which does not go away for two years.
