I am absolutely furious with Teranova Ceramics and their unacceptable service. A zero-star rating would accurately reflect my experience. My October order, with a promised delivery date of early January, never arrived. Numerous unconvincing explanations were provided, suggesting a failure to process my order. I purchased all my tiles at Teranova, amazing choices and extremely accommodating with the logistics of putting my selection together.
I purchased zellige tiles from this company, expecting a variation of beige and peachy pink colors as shown in the pictures. However, when I received them, they looked like dirty garden pavers—yellowish with a green mold-like appearance. The company insisted that this was the intended handmade look. When I tried to return them, they completely ignored me. I would not recommend buying tiles from this company. This happened in 2021, and I still have these unused, garden-like pavers sitting in their box in my shed.
Bought all the tiles for our house from Teranova, including living areas and bathrooms/laundry. Very friendly and knowledgeable team that provided great customer service. Our carara tiles and marble mosaics look amazing.
