Siglent SDS2345X Plus is a great item to purchase. I called and ordered over the phone because I wanted to ensure it came with full calibration for a year. I was told after being on hold it did. Once received and unpacked we noted the unit had been stored so long the calibration window had greatly passed. This forced additional cost on our end, and delays to our timeline... If only I could leave a rating of "0". We purchased two testing instruments, in the neighborhood of $6,000 ea. Both testers were defective out of the box. After performing a series of trouble shooting exercises, after which a report was printed, it was observed that the "brand new" devices had previously been used to perform 600 tests by some other entity. Very happy with customer support. Dan Anderson was able to contact the manufacturer directly and get a replacement nitrogen regulator after the return window had closed. I will buy there again.
