I would give 0 starts if possible. I made it perfectly clear before placing my order I needed a piece of equipment by a certain date. If they couldn't do it I would look into other options. I placed the order in the morning and asked them to confirm for sure it would ship the same day and they told me it would. I paid for overnight shipping. I called the next day and was told it didn't even ship it yet! I explained how bad of a situation this was putting me in and asked if they could just let us drive out to pick it up. Many items not in stock but drop shipped. They charge credit cards before they ship and then lie about it, claiming they only charge once shipped. Office voice box claims they are open staring at 7 AM Eastern - we called at 9:05 AM and it answers with the "office is closed". Ordered item was ready to ship based on manufacturer - we called them, yet TE said it would take 3+ weeks to ship.
