Just received my son's unified sports photos back and they were absolutely awful. I do photography myself and the way they posed my child was completely unflattering- it didn't capture who he was at all. I get I can be picky but posture is important. Posing is important. The gallery I got back was awful and it's really disappointing for a mother who never thought her child would even do sports. The biggest complaint is that it has taken longer than 10 business days to receive these pricey prints and I emailed them explaining the tracking information was not there and all they had to say was wait longer! The prints were LOST and they moved with ZERO urgency to locate them after the first time I emailed them, telling me to just wait longer was unprofessional especially for the price of the prints. Maybe don’t outsource shipping from a different state?
Prices are absolutely insane. 30 plus dollars for one DOWNLOADED picture. They also didn’t even think to fix my daughter’s hair and it was sitting so noticeably weird on her shoulder. Never again lol

They support the small business TKD school that we attend and do the yearly pictures allowing families to purchase individual photos besides what they do for the school. In all previous years my 2 girls and I have been in 1 gallery and I purchase photos to support the small business, my girls don't care to have these photos. This year however, they split my girls photos into different galleries and were requiring separate purchases. I requested our pics combined in 1 gallery so I could buy 3 or 4 at the bundle price.
