I am also a certified personal trainer and Reiki master practitioner. In my spare time I enjoy meditation, yoga, camping and exercise. As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate and empower my patients, so that they can unlock their innate ability to heal themselves.

Nicole has a welcoming, calming energy that is exuded in the tranquility of the space she offers. Booking with her is easy as she has chosen a straight forward platform with a easy to use interface. The music is also fabulous 🎶! She has definitely put in work curating a playlist that also vitalizes me into a gentle state of bliss.

I found Nicky and she has changed my life! I have been for multiple surgeries to address internal tethering of scarring following surgery (yes, go figure) and I can honestly say her skill with myofascial release has been a game changer. Not only is she kind and open she is extremely knowledgeable and answers any and all questions you could have. I found Tensegrity through last-minute massage a year ago when I couldn't get in at the place I normally go to and I haven't gone anywhere else ever since. Hands down the best massage therapist I've ever been to. Highly recommend to anyone.
