A family owned business was the way to go! Very nice employees who are present, but do not walk around on top of you. The sofa prices are comparable to the major chains ($1,000 for a sleeper w/ queen size mattress or $1,000 for a decent reclining one) and the same as any online prices after shipping costs ($800 for a reclining sofa + $150 shipping).
