Poor Demo Program If you're thinking of buying a racquet, make sure you shop around. Other tennis stores have better demo programs and offer free stringing. Tennis Outlet charges retail pricing for their racquets and extra fees for stringing. Their technicians are not very customer service oriented either. Check out Grand Central Racquet in Manhattan instead.

Awesome! The Tennis Outlet is pricey, but they have everything you could need to play. The also have rackets you can demo, which allows a person to try one out for a week to see if they want to buy one. Its a great thing!
