And after many days of NON-ADVISE on time due to delays.....finally, ALEC ?????? head of their fabulous TENNIS EXPRESS CUSTOMER SERVICE....."We did not advise you of delays because we would have to advise over 5000 of delays"....in other words, CEO BRAD BLUME....your company TENNIS EXPRESS..."DOES NOT CARE" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, ........... Very, very, very,......and can I repeat....VERY DISAPOINTED !!!! Not about the product, not about God's weather, not about anything else, but really, the most important part of a company....CUSTOMER SERVICE...!!!! "1 star" is toooooo, way tooooooo much forgiveness to a company, TENNIS EXPRESS, which "dropped the ball, on the balls" they were supposed to deliver, using a third party (UPS is an excellent company, but they are NOT at fault in this particular case) to finalize their deliveries (which are also "disguised with WEIGHT as a factor, negating the FREE DELIVERY promise when you, blah, blah blah)...sorry, do not want to bore you with incidentals, when the main problem is ....LACK OF CUSTMER SERVICE !!! Why was there a lack of customer service?....because they, TENNIS EXPRESS didn't care...they didn't care to call and advise there were problems in the shipping, weather, of whatever, ...they didn't ADVISE !!! Who's fault is ist?...the workers ??...NO, never, ...the Managers ??...no, not them,.....ahhh, yes, the ownership, YES...as owners, you should "put yourselves ALWAYS, as the client, and buid your COMPANY BUSINESS CULTURE as an ethical one catering to the customer....and yes, $$$$ will pour in with posiive reviews, because you ....CARE!!!...but now, since you've cost me the expense of a simple product that was needed for an benefit event, that had been scheduled for a "specific date" inviting personalities, involved in the charitable event. And yes, we have notified the BBB corresponding where their office is located to file a problematic claims complaint, that is being followed up by our legal team for litigation purposes against TENNIS EXPRESS. They always have what I want at the price I want to pay. Always delivered within 3 to 7 days, never longer. I will continue to shop at Tennis Express and recommend them to my friends.

The local PGA Superstore is a go-to store in my area for tennis shoes, racquets, etc., but they do not carry my daughter’s size. So we would do our best in the men’s shoes. A teammate recommended Tennis Express, and we found a selection in her size, received great service when the original selection was out of stock and a quick delivery. The shoes are a perfect fit and feel so much better than the men’s that were just not made for her long, narrow foot. She is so excited about her new shoes, and I am so thankful for tennis express!!!

Tennis Express used to have a great delivery service and communication through emails. I don't know whether the management has changed or not, but the delivery takes more than 2 weeks. This will be my last order from tennisexpress. If they don't appreciate the customers, I can go to elsewhere (tennis warehouse and midwest sports) to get better service with same products and prices(sometimes better).

The place is big, the service was usually good, the sales floor people sometimes help, other times not so much. You shouldn't have to beg a person to do their job. They buy many things for the store mainly overpriced - best to buy when marketed down. The rude old manager is a jerk.

I love Tennis Express! As a tennis fanatic, it's so great to have all of my tennis gear options in one place. Plus they always have great sales that helps to make often-expensive tennis gear a little more affordable. Definitely worth the trip if you live locally or if you're visiting for a tournament.
