Everything about my experience here has been outstanding. He’s incredibly thorough and truly goes above and beyond. I travel for work and had an early flight, so regular business hours weren’t going to work for me—he actually opened early to make sure I could be seen. You’re never left waiting in a lobby; they clearly respect and value your time. Highly recommend.
Walter did a great job, but when I called and made the appt it was for simple hearing aid maintenance and fine tuning. This ended up costing $450. I have never had to pay for this service before as they had always been serviced where I bought them. I realize they are running a business and need to make money, but none of these fees were discussed with me on the phone while making the appointment and were not discussed in detail as the services were being performed.
