You can’t ever speak with your actual case worker. Everyone I have spoke with on the phone has been rude and unable to help me with what I needed. I asked them for a call back from my case worker which they said would be the next day, that was 2 weeks ago and still no call back. All around bad experience anytime I have to contact them.

These ladies have been supportive of me and my daughter's father and have gone above and beyond to help us find a good solution to the issues we had. They are understanding, sympathetic, and are good people who truly care about the welfare of their clients and their children.

Recently received a notice from this office for someone that does not even reside at our address. The office must have Googled people with similar names and just mailed off the notices, which included case information. To add to matters, the name was similar (but clearly not the same) as a deceased relative that had recently passed and, because the letter provided enough case information, also provided someone else's partial SSN.
