I called this place because I had a dental appointment and was unable to drive myself. I spoke with the representative two days before the appointment and they informed me that they had the correct number. I asked to confirm the number she confirmed the correct number. Fast forward on the day of the appointment there over 25 minutes late and I call them and they tell me that they tried to call me yesterday to tell me they sent a **** then come to find out there calling the number we told them to remove. even with a vital treatment like chemo therapy witch has to be given on a regular reoccurring basis these people, even when given a full week in advance, cannot find a vender for a ride. and DONT trust that whole ride reimbursement thing they offer. you will get screwed out of money. currently waiting on a ride vender 2 hours before my appointment...for CHEMO! thanks for killing me ********!
