As someone who constantly has some body/muscular ailment (from a stressful job and love of hard workouts), Maria has saved my life on more than one occasion. It's more than a massage but also specific movements to help alleviate pain and knots in the fascia. She's also given me great follow up exercises. The studio is very cute and welcoming. Can't say enough great things!
