Consumer beware! We contacted Tenet Financial for an SBA loan. We were advised to change our LLC to my wife’s name only. They told us this was an easy process. They collected their $3,000 fee and about a week later they told us the original tax ID paperwork also had to be changed. This can be a 2 month process with the state and wasn’t an option. We asked for a $2,500 refund of the original $3,000 and they refused to pay anything back. All they did was send a few emails back and forth. This is unacceptable.
From start to finish, Tenet was there for each step along the way. They walked me through each step, set realistic timeframes and made my ROBS conversion seamless. Highly recommend if you are considering a ROBS conversion
