Very knowledgeable about corporate finance and provide information that was easy to understand.
Steve was a pleasure to work with and very attentive and knowledgeable.
They did well for a while. Unfortunately, even though they knew what type of loan we were applying for and were the ones to recommend this type of loan (a new business loan) they did not inform us that a pre-existing llc could not be used. This caused us hundreds of dollars more to re file everything as a new business and lost us 3 weeks of time, possibly causing us to not be able to close on our loan in time.
