Me & my Hubs had THE best time while there ! "The Old Man" was definitely a boot fit wizard and taught us all sorts of valuable information about proper boot fit! Best customer service I've had since idk when. Definitely recommend stopping in! They have a fantastic selection of boots and great prices! We will definitely go back.
They didn't have the option for 0 stars for my experience at Tenners in Sherman Tx. I bought a shirt for my husband their a couple of weeks ago and he wasn't with me and I was buying him a gift. I bought him the size he normally wears not thinking about some brands run larger than others. My husband took the tags off and went to put it on to go to church and realized it was too big for him so we took it back the following week to exchange it for a smaller size. I wish the owner was there, he always helps me! Apparently the new manager was “too busy” and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if a pair of pants came in a longer size. The annoying part was there was only one customer, and 3 employees, but they were “too busy” to look an item up. Then they proceeded to say they don’t order customers, yet the owner does it all the time. I will never go back unless the owner is there. I live too far away. THE OWNER IS AMAZING!! It’s just too bad he can’t keep a good staff
