Colleen seems to have a profound ability to ... help my body and my mind ... deeply relax. Between the welcoming ambiance and the light touch Craniosacral Therapy, I get an hour of what feels like a meditative state. When I'm done, I always feel refreshed and energized. I also, very much appreciate Colleen's expansive knowledge on CST and her ever-present professionalism. She's a joy to be around.
