We just purchased 2 chairs from this store and what absolutely crap service!! The person couldn’t even go and get the codes herself - I had to go and take photos of the codes. Then I she says are you taking them today! Yes I am. She passed me the receipt and that was it. My husband and I went and got the chairs ourselves - no offer from other staff members to help us. Maybe retrain your people in customer service
Really great range of outdoor furniture and very reasonable prices in comparison to every other furniture store we’ve been to. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, also happy to help us load into our vehicle. Loved that we could take the furniture home immediately!

Staff extremely friendly and explain their processes with the outdoor furniture and for once weren’t pushy and whilst making the sale were extremely friendly and just a blessing to deal with - it was a great and wonderful experience!
Ash and Kayla are amazing, I will definitely be back.
