How the F*** do these F**king people claim to be professional when they never answer the phone. Trying to talk about the warrant they sent me which was proven to be fraud from the credit card company. They do no deserve to be in business. They deserve 0 stars and they deserve a law suit and warrant against them. They purposely do not answer calls so that you have no choice but to go to court or to pay them money even when its not deserving. F*ck them and all of their unprofessional no good employees.
Won’t return calls. Won’t let you speak to a live person and, again, won’t return calls. Offered to settle my issue eleven times in the voicemail and no call. Sent snail mail letter and four weeks later, still waiting. Could not be more incompetent if given lessons, in fact, could give lessons in incompetence. Receptionist can’t even answer the phone, hangs up on callers. New levels of garbage in business.
