I bought eyeglasses from this place and even though I was careful they always broke.
The billing staff is the worst to talk to. No sense of customer service and courtesy. The billing person was rude and unprofessional. She put the phone down on me without even a customary - is there any thing else I can help with ? Not returning back as every year they goof up in the insurance claim and demand our patience in dealing with their incompetence.
I went in for an eye exam and received a prescription, which I used to get my lenses made. However, as soon as I put them on, I could tell something was wrong—they felt completely off, I kept trying to see if there’d be any difference but there was not. I called the office and was asked to return to see Dr. Chen. He adjusted the prescription. I have been a patient for years I have never had an experience as I had this past March. I have been wearing contacts forever I know my vision and I know my RX. I decided to try the multi focal lenses but that was a failure. So I had to go back for more sample lenses to get the correct RX since it had changed.
