The prism billing customer service completely lack and sense of professionalism or even common sense. I was told that I have to be careful the way I speak if I say I am getting medical advice then they can bill me under medical. I went for a routine vision check and was billed under medical including getting a fungus photography which apparently is medical. The representative seemed to think I should have know why I got this test. They are ridiculous.
I'm very upset with Tenafly Eye Associates. I was foolish to believe the eye ware salesperson at Tenafly Eye Center that told me that I have 30 days to change my glasses if I wasn't satisfied with the "new" advanced progressive lens. I was told that I can exchange them if I wasn't satisfied and they led me to believe that I would be compensated for the difference. I went to Tenafly Eye center today to change my selection of lens to conventional bi-focals and was told that NO refund or credit would be given. She pointed out t... read more
