Worst service ever. Ten Peaks Shuttle & Tours cancelled my shuttle to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise without. More than six weeks later, I still have not received a refund. Multiple refund requests and follow-up messages have gone unanswered. Very disappointing customer service and a frustrating experience. I heard the owner's name is John Chan, and that he is now offering tours as Wenkchemna. Be careful.
One of the worst customer service I've ever experience. Made a booking in April for a trip in August for a group of 6. Received an email in may informing us of the cancellation. No explanation given, no direct responses to emails, no calls back. Soon after that they informed us via email, stating that they are trying to book us with a different provider. I wasn’t refunded my full amount, Ten Peaks still owes me $183. I booked a tour in May for July 2026. My credit card was charged on 5/5/26. They sent an email to stating they would not be operating that tour this year and I would receive a full refund. The next day some of the charge was refunded, $183 is still owed. I have called, texted, emailed, with no response and no refund. I would not recommend booking with them. If I receive the reminder of my payment, I will update this post.
Check this company out - best tour company in Banff. We had so much fun doing the Ice & Fire tour with two canyons today. We were VERY lucky to have a sunny and bright weather. Eddine our tour guide/driver was very knowledgeable and fun. He’ll take lots of great pictures of your group here and there too! Looking forward to do their Moraine & Lake Louise Tour this summer! Highly recommended!
