Picked up on time( bus was early and as we were first passengers we left early) driver very helpful and courteous. I would have no hesitation in using again and would certainly recommend them
Wow - these people are all about customer service. So impressive in this day and age. Our flight kept getting delayed and they were in constant communication with us about pickup times relieving us of any associated stress. Then the flight was canceled until the next day, and they continued to effectively communicate unlike the airlines (WestJet via Delta). Booked a last minute shuttle to Banff. The timeline of my flight arrival and shuttle departure was tight so I called ahead of time to confirm it would be ok. I was assured they'd have my flight info and would wait for me. Communication was stellar, service was exceptional - highly recommended. Will absolutely use again A+++
The team at Ten Peaks was amazing. Highly communicative, efficient and friendly. They picked up my daugther and friend at Calgary airport for a trip to Banff, and then the return from Sunshine Village with their snowboard stuff. Thank you so much to Prudence, Jean and Geoff.
