Very UNPROFESSIONAL. First of all they don't even verify names and numbers that people use as a reference . Someone used my moms phone number and name as a reference and she has no idea who it was. She called and spoke to Somebody named Janette who was extremely rude and didn't even explain anything . I had to call her myself and ask her how she got my moms name and number she hung up on me!!!!! Her and whoever the manager is supposed to be there were very unprofessional and don't know how to talk to customers. Will never do... read more
Wow! Couldn't have had a better experience. It was nice to actually meet people who want to see me win! Since I have been in a rebuilding process. It's been a lil tough and frankly scary to do a title loan. However Victor and the gang, made me feel right at home. I highly recommend them.
Ten Minute Title Loans made the whole experience quick and easy. I was approved over the phone without having to give any personal information, and I was in and out of the store with a check for $3500 in about 10-15 minutes. I have had one other title loan a few years ago and aside from the better customer service Ten Minute Title Loans gives there was no 10% loan fee added on to my payments which other companies charge. If you dont have a friend or family member that can help you I would recommend these guys.
