1 Star Our Tempur-Pedic experience has honestly felt like a horror story. We purchased what was supposed to be a premium mattress, trusted the brand, followed the care instructions, used it on an approved Tempur-Pedic adjustable base, and kept it in a climate-controlled home. Genuinely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Word to the wise, any warranty stuff? Take a million pictures of that mattress the first time so you don't have to play around with their awful staff who demand several thousand angled shots and better lighting and now they want a picture of it with the cover off and the cover on and the bedframe and underneath the bedframe and a picture of you with a sign that says "Sucker." It's ridiculous.
