Terrible delivery and customer service experience with Tempur-Pedic. I purchased a mattress on 11/16/2025 and received a “ready to ship” email on 11/22/2025. I was later notified that my delivery was scheduled for 12/11/2025 (11 AM–3 PM), but the delivery never happened. 7 months ago, we purchased a $6,200 Tempur-Pedic mattress set. Within 6 months of owning the bed, the mattress has softened only in the middle of the bed resulting in our torsos dropping substantially lower than the rest of our bodies. The mattress also sags in the middle a bit over 1/2 inch. When I contacted the company (for warranty purposes), I showed the over 1/2-inch unloaded sag with a quarter per their instructions and added pictures to show the difference in mattress consistency (loaded sag). Zero stars! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They have the absolute worst customer service on the planet. That is not an exaggeration! I bought a Mattress from Tempurpedic a few years back and it started to sag. Since that time, I have submitted a plethora of warranty claims and tons of photos to prove the mattress was defective. Tempurpedic is refusing to honor their warranty and replace the mattress. Someone needs to file a class action lawsuit against this company!
Buyer Beware. After sales and warranty has been an absolute nightmare. I purchased a fairly high end Tempur Pedic Mattress in 2022, I started noticing unevenness within about 9 months. Earlier year the mattress become completely unusable, I reached out to Tempur Pedic for Warranty help based on their "Industry Leading Warranty Claims". Here I discovered the Product Law Tag which must never be removed from the mattress, was never attached in the first place!
