Genuinely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Word to the wise, any warranty stuff? Take a million pictures of that mattress the first time so you don't have to play around with their awful staff who demand several thousand angled shots and better lighting and now they want a picture of it with the cover off and the cover on and the bedframe and underneath the bedframe and a picture of you with a sign that says "Sucker." It's ridiculous.
I spent thousands & now I’m up at 3:38am reviewing this AWFUL company (IMO). Even as I type this my gf says “my back hurts” Who ever their competitor is … go with them instead.. Me after buying their product:
Do not buy a Tempurpedic. Ours is sagging less than three years in and warranty claim denied from a tiny stain! We have used the mattress protector bought new with mattress the entire time. Customer service is miserable and now we are out $3000 with an unusable mattress. No one will help us. These warranty people do not care at all that you bought a mattress from them. We have no alternatives but to warn other people that this company will wiggle their way out and deny the claim and Not help the customers !! Google Tempurped... read more
We purchased an adjustable base and mattress from a local seller near our area. Within a few days of our $5000 purchase we noticed the base squeaking when being raised. We contacted the salesman who did not return our call. We contacted customer service who sent a repairman 3 different times over the timespan of a few months. After the problem still not being fixed the repair man claimed he would recommend a new base. After no follow up we contacted the company again who is now saying the warranty doesn't cover squeaks.
