The beds are good for about 3 years and then they sag. Mind you it's not a sag by their standards. They have unrealistic warranty expectations. Spend $6000 on their bed for 3 years or spend $3000 on any other bed for 8 years. You pick.
Need help with my new remote to work for my adjustable base
They denied me due to having a stain on the mattress. I spent $3000 on a mattress that started to sag 2 years later. This is unacceptable. I hope the people reviewing these claims sleep well at night because I can’t due to my sagging mattress. Really disappointed.
This company is a joke. Just like everyone else's comments here, they will make up every excuse to deny your warranty claim and you are left with a sagging mattress after 1.5 years.
The (falsely) advertised 10-year warranty of the Tempur-Pedic mattresses is nothing more then a scam. Tempur-Pedic will never replace the mattress. Don't fall for their scam!
