Buyer beware make sure you buy everything off Amazon if you’re gonna try any Tempur-pedic products I feel scammed, I spent a lot of money on pillows and toppers with this company as well as sleep on an expensive firm Tempur-pedic mattress, and I called them to tell them that their topper is causing me To wake up in pain every day and the supervisor and everybody sounds like they’re reading from a script. Completely terrible customer service Buy your sheets on Amazon cause if you don’t freaking like them, they’ll at least take them back so you can get another set Spent 6700 on a bed and hated it. We did an exchange and was aware of the fees. We was not expecting to pay 3k more over our budget but what we exchanged for is very nice.
6 year later and they will not honor their warranty on a $3500.00 mattress.
