This review is a response to a critical review by a person whom has elected to remain anonymous and placed comments on the Templeton Savings Bank of Templeton yahoo web review site. It refers to a concern that bank staff, do not follow up with customers. It is unfortunate that this person wishes to remain anonymous since the Bank prides itself in customer service first. Very caring staff that offers their time and service with helping customers balance their check books and solve problems. At times, they go above and beyond their call of duty. They have a strong commitment to customer service.
I have left TSB because the staff does not follow up with customers when they have an issue or problem. It is frustrating to call in many, many times with the same issue unresolved. Many other choices for banking in Carroll county.
