Beware of Templeview Capital – Unreliable and Misleading! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Templeview Capital was unacceptable. Their agents pretend they can get deals done, only to string you along, waste your time, and have you order appraisals for loans they clearly never intended to close. I am the customer Madison referenced with a 0-star review. This entire process took SIX MONTHS before I finally threw in the towel and told them I was no longer interested in pursuing a HELOAN against my property. Funniest part that is so true to their poor form is that they never even acknowledged that I was done with their nonsense or apologized for losing my business.
If it were possible to give 0 or negative stars, I would. Their team lacks communication, professionalism, and courtesy. I had a loan start with them beginning of January(should’ve been an easy 30 day close), that ultimately never got to close. It felt as if I were being toyed around and continuously told by their team my file was “under review”. Calls,emails, and texts would never get answered. Save your clients and relationships and take them anywhere but here…
