Sales agents from Temple View Capitol continuously reach out to me. I openly disclose the rates, terms, and conditions of my current lending relationships. Temple view agents tell me they can do better and then present term sheets with lower leverage, higher origination fees, and higher interest rates. I just don't understand. Why do you waste your time and mine with these calls / texts / emails?
My experience with this company was deeply disappointing. While the initial rate seemed reasonable, the process ended on a frustrating note when they informed me that they couldn't provide the loan because I had missed one payment to my private lender during the first month after closing the deal. This payment was to a friend who was completely understanding of the situation, and there were no serious financial issues on my end. I've used Temple View on I believe 5 cash out refis now, and one fix/flip loan. I've specifically worked with Michael Burdette. It's been a great experience overall, great/fast communication and a competitive product. Looking forward to continuing to use them.
