The shuttle service was excellent! The driver was incredibly friendly and always on time. I went with my family and friends to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, and everyone had a fantastic time. We were all very impressed and I would highly recommend their services.
We had an excellent experience with Temple Shuttles from start to finish! Michal was incredibly responsive and helpful while we were booking — he answered all our questions promptly and professionally. Our driver, Kuba, was fantastic! Super friendly, punctual, and shared lots of interesting facts about the area along the way, which made the ride even more enjoyable. The tour is definitely the way to go. No issues with parking or driving. Our driver, (Andrew) was top notch. He has a great personality, and is very accommodating. We were a group of ten so it helped us enjoy our time together as well. If we had taken two or three cars, it would be difficult to stay together and find parking.
We booked shuttles for two days. Michael was a saint to answer my 500 emails and get back to me promptly during the planning process. He gave us great advise as to where to go and what to do. Both driver Jakob and Andrew were great. We packed lunches and snacks and got to do all the things.
Two great days with this company. Justin and Andrew did great!
