I go to this district. And yall need to know what actually goes on behind the face of these schools. First of all, if your child is looked at as someone who is different and doesn't fit in, expect them to be bullied with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for consequences to the perpetrator(s). This week, I called to inquire about transcripts and was met with an unprofessional and dismissive response. The representative, Beth, stated that handling transcripts was not their only responsibility, but did so in a manner that came across as rude and unhelpful. Despite my efforts to remain polite, the level of customer service I received was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions, as professionalism and courtesy should be a priority in customer service.
