I went to purchase a property and then head of conveyencing Vanessa decided to refuse my application. I did not receive all my money back that I put in for the application either as she said it was disbursements so for this reason I was not happy. The communication with Vanessa was very difficult aswell through the whole process. She came across as very unpleasant and was always difficult to get hold of.
