The first time i visited they quoted me an hour but then it took a bit longer which is ok with me cause ppl get busy and it wasn't dire need ! I came back the next day and it was ready with no extra added fees and they were very pleasant to deal with ! Happy customer and i will always come here first before entertaining another company !! Plus they gave me deals very time i went in ! Reassuring

Brought my iPhone for a new battery a few weeks, but based on the reviews I used a phone tool to copy the serial number of my battery, to ensure I could confirm the validity of the replacement. Once the replacement was done, they brought me the old battery back as well, so I had reassurance. They did not advise they would be replacing with an unrecognized part, but I let that slide.
