Terrible customer service come to the store just for them to tell you to call the 1800 number
We were helped by the sales agent Roseman. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly. He transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone.
Friendly fast service, they had only the newest iPhones available. Good to talk about options of bringing own device bought out right, but here they only sell newest iPhones with 2 year payment plan, not bought outright.
Went there to have my screen protector replaced and was very pleased with the professional service from the sales lady, highly recommend this route to buying online and trying to install yourself, great selection of accessories as well and reasonably priced.
I pay $468/month for 4 phones to have at least 1-5 calls dropped each day. Telus is incredibly obtuse regarding the issues. If there was anyone other than Telus in Alberta, my company would go with them. No questions asked. That’s how low the bar is now! Absolutely dismal customer service… Pushing 1 for English, gets you someone who speaks fluent Indian. Pushing 2, gets you someone who speaks neither of the official languages. Do better.
