Navdeep, was polite and helpful. He was clear and more aware of the product line from telus then the staff from loyalty at Telus. I only wish he could have organized my internet services but sadly I had to wait online with Telus because of the Telus system.
She was extremely cooperative and consistently provided the best solution every time. That is the main reason I continue to stay with TELUS.
