Went in for black friday deals, and Lydia was AMAZING. Despite all the craziness of black friday, and how busy it is this time of year, she made sure to get me the best phone and deal within my preferred price range, and made what is normally a somewhat boring, tedious process feel laidback, and dare I say, fun at some parts! Customer service doesn’t get any better than Yarra. He will always take time to save $5 or $500. He’s been in the cell business since the beginning so has the answers - alllll the answers. You rule Yarra!
