I had a very disappointing experience at Telstra Store Woden today. I was waiting for over an hour for assistance, yet the staff continuously ignored customers in the queue and instead helped people they personally knew who were not even waiting. This level of customer service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Customers should be served fairly and in order of arrival.
