Amazing Team Work and services… Alex was so patience and amazing to solve and fix all in system and our Telstra as what we wanted. Jo and Jane was amazing to they assist me very professionally and I got my new Phone and Plan walked out the Victoria Point Telstra store with Smile. Keep it Up Team 👍

Would absolutely recommend these guys SUCH GOOD HELP! especially Matt what a legend. Was having trouble signing into my phone and was without a phone for two days so I brought it into Telstra and they sorted it out with an awesome attitude 10/10 would recommend
Virtually refused to assist as im with Boost mobile even as Telstra owns them and I was told to visit store to assist the chap dealing with me said thats a Boost issue not Telstra i informed that boost and telstra is one and the same again he refused to accept this then stated I dont help Boost customers thankfully Telstras office fixed it for me go elsewhere if u want help
