My wife and I had a pleasant customer satisfaction experience at the Telstra Tuggerah Store today. We had purchased two new apple I phones from another retailer and valiantly tried to convert all information from the old phone to the new phones! Eliza with the glasses needs to be re-trained or sacked. She wastes people’s time and doesn’t do her job correctly, just so she can have commission on sales. I have an elderly lady who saw her on Friday for a new phone and to swap over to Telstra. She sold her a new phone and gave her a whole new number and then told her to come back to swap the numbers over, when she could have done it all then and there for her.
