Ash was amazing!!! Best Telstra experience we have had. Ash really knew her job and went out of her way to help us with everything we needed. If we could give Ash 10 stars we would! Will definitely come back to Ash in the future.
Offering deals but requiring you to sign up for a sub standard mobile plans for 12 months meaning any "savings" could get are negated by forcing you to sign up, it's ridiculous that a company this large has to resort to such low tactics to enslave customers. Telstra provide nothing more than any other mobile provider yet have the gall to charge people exorbitant prices for the "privilege".
My husband and I swapped our Android phones for 2 iPhone 17 - a huge learning curve. Chris, the very knowledgeable and helpful man who dealt with us, was superb. He transferred all our data from our old phones to the new ones. It was not easy and he was patience personified when my husband had to go back home to get some information for things to work. Well done that man!
Great service and helpful staff, I made the appointment online, they get everything done on spot within 20 mins. Very happy.
