Ok so I switched to different telco as I was totally appalled at the bad customer service at the Mt Ommaney store which i received on a number of occasions which has now closed. I wanted to switch back but was feeling very hesitant due to the past service I had received, but I took the chance and booked my appointment online which I didn't know you could do which was great as i wanted to time it in with another appointment i had.
