I went to telstra to change my sim card and i met adam he give me a good service and he talk very nice to me thanks for that mate But the guy who make appointment there he told my wife to wait 1/2 and hour and we were there the people came behind us and they do the service to them after 2 hours then i talk to the Indian guy there that you people took too long then he told me that you have to wait or come next day i was sitting there and i can see they do service with customers finish and he just sit down then I told him i go... read more

Be sceptical of a lot of these positive reviews, your treatment will depend heavily on the salesperson you get. I was unlucky enough to get a middle-eastern man who repeatedly tried to steer me and my mother away from the plans that would actually suit us best and toward the more profitable options.
