Stand around for 15 minutes just to see their "check in" person to be told it will be another 40 minutes to actually talk to someone. Telstra makes enough profit to employ enough staff, nobody should have to make an "appointment" that's never on time to do something as simple as port a number over. Hey Ethan from HQ people don't want to use your "appointment based system" because your staff are never on time. Read the other reviews.
Recently went to Teltra Smithfield store as I was having issues with my phone. Bernadette was so helpful & professional & tried everything she could to address the issue. Unfortunately it turned out that the phone was the issue & there was nothing more she could do. I couldn't have received more help or advice anywhere else.
