I wanted to change from Optus to Telstra and get a good deal. I was served by Joey who went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal. He was incredibly patient with me (I’m so not trchinical) and even called a few days after purchase to ensure everything went well. 11 out of 10 for service, thanks Joey
Absolutely amazing service! Ordered a phone online but unfortunately couldn’t get to the store before they closed. Ash stayed back past closing time and processed the order, super nice and everything!! If the manager is reading this, give the guy a raise, honestly an absolute legend. Whole team was solid 10/10
