Great service
I highly recommend this kind and helpful family. They all are very professional, honest and friendly. Yesterday the gentleman in the shop spent 2 hours to help me with my mobile problem, although I didn’t buy anything but he didn’t mind helping me just like treating his own mother. I am nearly 80 years old and seen good bad and ugly in different businesses, but never as kind and considerate as this family.
I dealt with Rahul at this store who was very professional and helpful. I bought a new Telstra Sim and Telstra website was not accepting my Licence therefore I had to go to a store. Rahul resolved issue in less than 5 minutes which saved me about 2-3 hours of waiting at other Telstra shops. I will definitely use this store for future purchases.
