Needed a replacement Telstra SIM card and was really impressed with the service. Everything was sorted in under 10 minutes – new SIM installed, number ported over, and activated without any issues. Super fast and efficient!
Worst service. Don’t even deserve 1 star ⭐️. I visited this store on last Monday for converting from prepaid to postpaid. They said it will take 48 hours and will call you before processing. And then I called them on Thursday for asking a status. They said I will call back you in two minutes. Then no call, so again called them; so they advised me that your background check is still pending. we will call you later evening or tomorrow. Very experienced and dedicated staff!!!! Highly recommend this place. Vinod had lots of knowledge about Phone plans and prices were on top of his head!! Quality products for less! I wish could give more stars!!!!!
