Very kind and professional
Gave them a Samsung Galaxy S20 to have the screen repaired on Friday of the previous week, told us it would take until Tuesday for the screen replacement to be complete. Returned on Tuesday for them to tell us that they had not completed it and if we were staying for 3 hours, we simply asked why it was not ready at the aforementioned time, we got shrugs and mumbles. After spending all day on the Telstra App with help, aus post and star track, a missing sim was fixed in minutes by the employees at Telstra Partner, Forest Lake. Kind, to the point and resolved very quickly. Loved that they were able to sort this out without any hassle.
