Very unprofessional and unhelpful in my experience a few times now
I tried chatting through my Telstra app I have mental health and all I got is this chat is ended because I had a go at them and said I will be contacting the telecom obmesman because Telstra is preducing a shit nbn and the 5g sim for me phone is that good im lucky to get two bars of signal and im in Carlingford it’s not like IM in the bush or something so yeah Telstra is the worst in Australia not the best in Australia like they falsely claim on the site and everywhere
the staff is very humble and polite costumer serivce is on high priority the manager is very professional and sales man cirus may be i am spelling wrong but “His customer service is top-notch.”
I had a great experience at the Telstra Parramatta store thanks to Tarun and Heena. They were extremely helpful patient, and professional while assisting me with my issue. They took the time to properly understand my problem and made sure everything was sorted out smoothly. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made the whole process stress free. Big thanks to Tarun and Heena for going above and beyond highly recommend this store.
