Needed a new flagship phone, the team here at North Sydney Telstra store were brilliant. No sales pressure, great product knowledge and lovely customer service. Whilst there I noticed the personal service they provide to the community that prefers face to face engagement to have their needs met. Physical stores and great people are still needed!
Walked in to this store today to change over a mobile phone plan. Received assistance from Ajay who was very helpful, polite and friendly and got me changed over in a short space of time without hitting any issues. Go and see him and the team for any phone enquiries.

Once again I can't get internet connection on my phone. I actually have You Tube on my television connected so you would think that the Wi Fi would allow me the internet but no because this is how Telstra operates. They discriminate against Per Pay customers. I don't even have the internet signal on my phone, yet the signal strength is supposed to be strong.
I have just received wonderful service from Bella at the North Sydney store. She helped me navigate some issues I needed understanding on with regards to my plan and travelling overseas along with using my Telstra points to obtain necessary items for travel. Possibly the most helpful customer service experience I’ve had to date in store. I noticed that although busy they quickly attended to enquiries and assured waiting customers of their attention with assurances of prompt attention.
