Shocking customer service, no response to emails or phones calls for almost 2 months, so I am forced to make a review on behalf of the business I work for. Please call or answer emails to resolve our accounts. Ridiculous.
Needed a new flagship phone, the team here at North Sydney Telstra store were brilliant. No sales pressure, great product knowledge and lovely customer service. Whilst there I noticed the personal service they provide to the community that prefers face to face engagement to have their needs met. Physical stores and great people are still needed!
Walked in to this store today to change over a mobile phone plan. Received assistance from Ajay who was very helpful, polite and friendly and got me changed over in a short space of time without hitting any issues. Go and see him and the team for any phone enquiries.
