Very disappointing customer experience at the North Sydney Telstra store. As an existing Telstra customer, I simply asked to connect my phone to the store’s Wi-Fi, only to be told that the Wi-Fi is strictly for device transfers and is not available to customers otherwise. I understand that a store can have its own policies, but this one is difficult to understand. Big thanks to Bella, was so helpful today had to get a new iPhone was so easy and simple she helped me set everything up and I was on my way in 15mins all sorted !! Store was really nice and other stuff were nice and helpful Bella 10/10 service
Shocking customer service, no response to emails or phones calls for almost 2 months, so I am forced to make a review on behalf of the business I work for. Please call or answer emails to resolve our accounts. Ridiculous.
