I came in to the store after getting very overwhelmed and frustrated on the phone without getting any answers or help and was assigned Anika today for my appointment. I was there for over an hour and in that time Anika sorted out two major issues I was having with a very costly personal mobile device, a new home internet connection that was incompatible with my home and available network and also was able to help get me the exact tablet that met the specifications I needed and the compatible accessories for it. We are very happy with Telstra narellan, specifically the consultant who served us, Johan. He was very efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and very patient. We have been there many times and we always look forward to seeing Johan again. I highly recommend Telstra to anyone who needs help because of him.

O bought a s 25 from this shop comes with warranty but if you come back to ask for help the phone got a virus now apparantly they dont want offer any help said to ring a call centre tried to no avail this is the 2nd time i asked for help do so if you want service go elswhere their suggestion to fix the phone buy another 1 do not use these people find another shop
I went in there to get my mobile data on my watch connected and Sunaya was so helpful and knowledgeable and helped me do that and helped with other things I needed to do on my phone that I had been putting off because I thought it would be hard. He knew so much and explained it so well and was so lovely and friendly. He is an asset to Telstra Narellan.
