I had an excellent experience with Mira at Telstra Mount Isa! She provided amazing service and was such a lovely person to deal with. Mira helped me set up my iPhone plan and took the time to clearly explain the whole process and how the bills work. She made everything easy to understand and stress-free. We also had a great giggle along the way, which made the whole experience even better! I really appreciate her patience, kindness, and professionalism — highly recommend seeing Mira if you need help with anything at Telstra!
The staff were great, helpful and they had everything in shop that I wanted. 5 stars to Zoe, she was so polite and helpful and made the whole experience of getting a new mobile and sorting out multiple family plans so easy and stressfree.
