Unable to book appointment in advance since I dont have an Australian phone number (which is the reason I'm trying to book an appointment). Will walk in tmr to acquire and activate physical sim cards since we had issues with ID trying to activate the esim online (problem being our last names are too long 🥲). Update: visited the shop about an hour before closing. An employee, Rex helped us set up our simcards. We were able to sort everything within minutes! Great service.
