After several Telstra nightmares elsewhere, I was so thankful to book an appointment at this store. I dealt with 3 members of staff who went above and beyond what might be reasonably expected when I purchased my new phone. Superb advice, technical knowhow and customer service. Thank you.
We had an issue with a new phone that could only be resolved in person. Late on a Sunday. The women working here could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They were incredible. Best Telstra shop ever.

Never in my life would I expect the priceless PRIVILEGE of being assaulted by a sales assistant at this store. We came in to request a refund and ask for assistance in making a complaint. Instead the sales assistant snatched our private phone out of our hands then pins our arm and twist our hand leaving our arm numb and our hand with scratches.
