Paris went above and beyond for my elderly grandmother, fixing issues we have had for months in minutes compared to other Telstra locations we have been to. He used simple language and made it a very simple and smooth experience. I couldn’t recommend Telstra Glendale enough.
Ring up this morning get told to come in nothing about an appointment gets there and they go no u have to have an appointment absolutely terrible service just to activate a sim card cause it wont activate online will never go to that store again
