Just had the worst call with customer service, Telstra didn’t tell me my plan has increased I called to get a refund and cancel my plan, the woman kept wanting me to not make a complaint and saying that I had a discount this whole time ? She also said if I do a complaint that I won’t get the refund and said Telstra should have sent me emails: when they didn’t.
