I visited the Telstra store at Glendale on Monday and was served by a lovely guy called Will I was quite anxious as I am moving house He was exceptional and made me feel relaxed and confident He handled all my problems extremely well and explained all my questions very clearly I came away from the experience feeling happy and comfortable with all the outcomes He is a nice guy and great 👍 employee Stanley Allen

We don't often venture into a busy Telstra store, as they always so busy and staffed by terrifyingly bright young people who speak a different language from "seniors" and technology! This time we had made a booking and had the pleasure of being assisted by a young man - ORION, who made us feel very welcome. My husband had some issues with his phone and I was an "observer". Recently I visited the Telsta store in Cairns (QLD) Central Shopping Centre, and was assisted by a young woman named Megan. This person was quite pleasant and efficient in answering my questions and doing so without me feeling either rushed or awkward. I've had a previous such experience at this store and think it is fundamentally important such employee's be recognized as special...who do not only recite from script, but actually listen and engage. purchased two mobile phones from ingle farm telstra very straight forward however it became a nightmare so unprofessional all so complicated one of my accounts went to research road pooraka as my normal address is klemzig accounts were under two different names not the company as requested also had two ammounts of $15 on each mobile which i did not authorise and i must add that each month the account at reaearch road pooraka had late payment fees do your self a favour stay clear of this branch they are hopeless
